Sender & recipient filters

In the main shipments page you can filter shipments by their final routing zone. This can be extremely useful for the operational sector. We recommend the following flow:

  1. Routing zone remains defined as it was, it is usually the zone of the current hub
  2. Subzones are created in the routing zone, which correspond to couriers routes, individually or per team
  3. This routing subzone appears printed on the label
  4. You can then search for parcels after it, which means you can filter not delivered/not picked parcels for a certain subzone and assign them directly to that courier
  5. Using the auto-routing function these shipments can be directly assigned to a team of couriers and the software creates an optimized rollcart for each one of them
