Parcel+Post Expo is held annually and it features exhibitions of future technologies, services, and solutions for the e-commerce logistics and parcel & postal industry. It allows visitors to experience and appreciate smart technology and remarkable innovations. This year’s expo, themed ‘Getting Together Again’, took place on October 12-14 in Vienna, Austria.
The event, just like the previous editions, included a conference featuring live ‘in-person’ presentations from over 100 speakers from renowned organizations including Emirates Post, Austrian Post, Doddle, Canada Post, etc. This year’s conference was free to attend in acknowledgment of the difficult circumstances the world has faced during the last 18 months. Over 140 exhibitors presented their latest solutions and newest technology.
The show provided a much-needed and long-awaited opportunity for the post and parcel carriers to check out new solutions and technology to help them keep up with the sudden surge in business in the e-commerce and courier industry.
Trending technologies showcased their products at the exhibition: automated sortation systems, sustainable delivery vehicles, smart parcel lockers, last mile delivery solutions, courier tracking software, AI and customer management, and other ideas.
